Zscaler to Buy Cloudneeti
The security service provider adds cloud security "posture" management with the deal.

Cloud access management vendor Zscaler said it plans to acquire Cloudneeti, a cloud security posture management (CSPM) company that helps prevent cloud service and application misconfiguration.
Zscaler provides access and configuration management for SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS offerings. According to statements around the acquisition, Cloudneeti should extend those protections to the public cloud.
The acquisition is expected to close before the end of Zscaler's third fiscal quarter. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
