NEW ORLEANS -- Encentuate, a provider of end-point identity and access management (IAM) solutions, today announced that Children's Hospital Boston, a 350-bed leading center for pediatric medical care and research has deployed Encentuate TCI for Healthcare to provide single sign-on to its caregivers and staff. Encentuate TCI provides Children's Hospital Boston with an integrated solution that improves caregiver productivity, reduces the caregiver's dependency on multiple logins and passwords, and protects confidential patient information from unauthorized access in order to enable HIPAA compliance.

"The ability to access patient information quickly and securely is a vital requirement for our caregivers and a key driver for the single sign-on project," said Daniel Nigrin, MD, MS, senior vice president and chief information officer of Children's Hospital Boston. "We went through a rigorous selection process to choose Encentuate as our single sign-on vendor and are happy that, with Encentuate, our caregivers have found a solution that is easy-to-use and is an effective way to ensure high quality patient care."
