FRAMINGHAM, Mass. -- Courion® Corporation, the provisioning experts for results-driven operations, today announced record performance for the first half of 2007, including a nearly 40 percent increase in revenue and an 80 percent increase in sales. Courion’s excellent first half performance is attributed to increased demand for the Courion Enterprise Provisioning Suite™ solution across a full range of company sizes and key vertical markets such as financial services and healthcare. New customers in the first half of 2007 include Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, Pacific Life, and University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.

Leading organizations are increasingly turning to the Courion Enterprise Provisioning Suite™ to automate central aspects of their identity management infrastructure. Courion simplifies the complexities of identity management by automating the manual processes associated with managing risk and achieving compliance. Courion’s excellence in role management, user provisioning and access compliance has been consistently called out as a mitigating factor for Courion’s selection after vendor evaluations.

In addition to the company’s strong fiscal performance, Courion also continued to receive industry recognition as one of the leaders in the identity management space, achieving several awards celebrating corporate and technology performance. Courion received the Info Security Products Guide 2007 Global Product Excellence in Password Management Customer Trust Award, as well as being named as one of the Info Security Products Guide “Hot Companies” for 2007.

“Courion’s record growth in the first half of 2007 demonstrates increased customer demand for best of breed provisioning and access compliance solutions to address their most pressing security and business policy challenges,” said Chris Zannetos, president and CEO, Courion. “This trend has resulted in record new customer acquisition and sharp increases in replacement deals. Companies who were failed by the ‘identity stack’ approach are now turning to Courion to deliver rapid business results. Courion is uniquely positioned to deliver tremendous value to all of our customers, setting the stage for more explosive growth through the rest of this year and into 2008.”
