Following up on a successful Halloween promotion, security company CyberDefender is offering another day of free tech support, security checks and setup consultation on December 26th.The no-fee tech support day applies to setting up new computers, addressing performance and possible malware problems on existing computers, as well as printers, MP3 players and other digital devices.

Free services will be available from December 26th until 9AM on the 27th and will offer both phone support and, at the user's option, remote exams of your equipment by CyberDefender tech staff.

Be interesting to know how the support calls shake out: more new machines than existing ones? More dead apps than live malware?

The offer's limited to one call per user, and the company asks that you have your machine up and running when you call.
