PRESS RELEASE

Manchester, NH " Dynamic Network Services Inc. (Dyn Inc.), the rapidly-growing DNS provider based in Manchester, NH, and its Dynect Platform announce record growth for the second quarter, citing superior technology and excellent customer service as well as the competition's service troubles, including managed hosting and managed DNS outages and poor performance, as contributors to the company and product's success.

"The Internet is a volatile place. With all the latest news about outages and website slowdowns, more and more companies are reaching out to us at Dyn Inc. because they want the most reliable and fastest provider available," said Jeremy Hitchcock, CEO of Dyn Inc. "The Dynect Platform is a powerful solution, used by high traffic sites such as Twitter and Trulia, and during the second quarter, many other big names have followed suit. We credit our amazing growth to our clients."

Music Choice, StyleFeeder, Yum! Brands, AudienceScience, Bit.ly, Squarespace, Meetup.com, Teavana, and Wikia are just some of the clients who made the switch to the Dynect Platform in Q2'09. Dynect sales numbers more than doubled from the previous quarter, which also saw record growth, securing several hundred thousand dollars in recurring revenue for the company.

"Response speed is vital to Meetup.com, so we needed a service partner who understood the unique challenges of our online service. After signing up with Dyn Inc.'s Dynect Platform to host our main site's DNS, we were extremely pleased to see our average query response time reduced by 50 to 75 percent, sometimes even more," said Christopher Munns, systems administrator at Meetup.com. "By outsourcing the work of hosting DNS to Dyn Inc., and by relying on its anycast network which is more resilient to traffic bursts and attacks, we are able to focus on what matters most: our own service offering and customers."

Q2 also brought a number of other positive changes for Dyn Inc., including the DynDNS.com Spring Server VPS launch in Frankfurt, Germany. This Spring, Dyn Inc. kicked off its Break Free campaign at IRCE, urging prospective customers who feel trapped with their DNS provider to "break free" and go with the service that will not only meet their needs, but provide them with the never-wavering support Dyn Inc. continues to offer.

Recently at the Telx Customer Business Exchange (CBX) 2009 event in New York, Dyn Inc. announced the formation of the Thought Leader Council (TLC), a prestigious group made up of Dyn Inc. customers who provide feedback and advice on the company's technology and services and the future of the industry.

Dyn Inc. representatives have attended a number of conferences during Q2, including ICANN 35 Sydney, Velocity, and Interop Las Vegas, and this week can be found at OSCON (Open Source Convention) 2009 in San Jose, CA.
