EMC to Offer Courion Enterprise Provisioning

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. -- Courion® Corporation, the provisioning experts for results-driven operations, today announced that the Courion Enterprise Provisioning Suite™ solution is now available through EMC® Select. The EMC Select Program helps customers easily acquire all the required components that comprise an information infrastructure directly from EMC.

EMC will offer Courion’s AccountCourier® for user provisioning, RoleCourier for role management, ComplianceCourier™ for policy verification and PasswordCourier® for automated password management. These products comprise the Courion Enterprise Provisioning Suite, a set of integrated products that drives operational efficiency, optimizes user productivity, strengthens security and ensures efficiency in achieving policy compliance.

Customers will benefit from the ability to purchase and implement these Courion products as part of an identity and access management solution from EMC. In addition, complementary identity and access assurance solutions, including two-factor authentication, web access management and federated identity management are available from RSA, The Security Division of EMC.

Courion empowers business managers to control user access to applications and information based on business needs and security policy. With the Courion Enterprise Provisioning Suite, customers can automate the management of access rights across the end user lifecycle, beginning with the initial on-boarding and creation of credentials, roles and accounts, and continuing through the ongoing change, verification or termination of access rights.
