NEW YORK -- HP today introduced an array of business PC products, services and peripherals specifically designed to simplify business customers’ most troublesome IT concerns.

The company premiered new HP desktops, notebooks, workstations and displays with the latest processors, enhanced security features and productivity-improving capabilities.

HP’s leading client management solutions portfolio also has been broadened to help business customers quickly deploy and manage PCs, and the company enhanced its lineup of PC security solutions to help ensure important business data stays protected.

In addition, the company expanded its HP Total Care portfolio, which encompasses the complete lifecycle of services, tools and options for every stage of a computer’s life – from purchase to recycling – with new deployment, security and financial services offerings.

The industry’s broadest business PC portfolio has been expanded to help HP continue to address customers’ top IT priorities – including infrastructure upgrades and maintenance, software deployment, security and cost cutting.(1)

According to analyst firm IDC, client systems such as business PCs, monitors, printers and other peripherals will continue to comprise well over half of the worldwide hardware spend through 2010, which could total nearly $1.4 trillion between 2007 and 2010.(2)

“HP is providing business customers with an unmatched portfolio of reliable and secure technology tools and services to solve their key IT issues,” said Todd Bradley, executive vice president, Personal Systems Group, HP. “It really comes down to the people at HP and our partners delivering the best customer experience by providing a full lifecycle of support to ensure our technology helps customers get the job done more easily, efficiently and cost-effectively.”
