SALT LAKE CITY -- Burton Group, an IT research firm focused on technical analysis of enterprise infrastructure technologies, today released a research report that pinpoints the top trends in the IT identity management market affecting enterprises in 2007 and beyond. "Defining and maintaining access rights continues to be a big pain point for our enterprise clients," says Neuenschwander. "Some products approach entitlement management from the audit perspective and some focus on defining and managing business and IT roles; it can be tricky and extremely expensive."
