REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- Decru®, a NetApp company (NASDAQ:NTAP), today announced that Integrated Systems Corporation (ISCorp), a leading provider of On-Demand applications and data processing solutions for the financial, health care, and education markets, has selected Decru storage security solutions to expand their service offerings and protect sensitive and regulated client data from unauthorized access. Clustered Decru DataFort® FC-Series appliances have been deployed to encrypt data stored in both SAN and tape backup infrastructures.

Many of the world’s largest organizations trust ISCorp to host, manage, and restore their data. Tape encryption has rapidly emerged as a baseline requirement for many customers who must comply with various privacy and disclosure regulations. However, these mandates are expanding, and encryption for data at rest on disk in storage networks is also becoming a priority.

“While ISCorp manages data for 7 of the top 10 global financial services companies, they’re not the only ones who care about data protection—security is a top priority for virtually all of our customers,” said Scott Rodenhuis, executive vice president and chief technology officer for ISCorp. “Decru helped us meet immediate customer requirements for tape encryption and also address the growing need for disk encryption, with a single, unified platform at a compelling price point.”
