Light Reading calls for nominees for its third annual Leading Lights Awards program
NEW YORK -- Light Reading (www.lightreading.com), the world's leading online publication for the telecom industry, today calls for nominees for its third annual Leading Lights Awards program, in which top public and private companies and their executives are recognized for their outstanding achievements in the industry.
The winners of the 2006 Leading Lights Awards will be announced November 15, before an audience of more than 200 industry executives, Wall Street financial analysts, and technology and business press at Heavy Reading's Links 2006 Executive Summit Gala Dinner, at the Four Seasons Resort in Santa Barbara, Calif.
Full details, and the entry form, are available on the Leading Lights Awards page at: www.lightreading.com/awards.
The awards categories and judging criteria have been developed based on our six years of experience analyzing telecommunications, plus extensive feedback from both leading financial analysts and service providers.
The awards will be given out for a total of 11 categories for both public and private companies, including: the Leadership Award (for both public and private companies), Best Investment Potential (for a public company), Best New Product (for both public and private companies), Best New Service (both public and private), Best Marketing (both public and private), Best M&A Strategy (public company), and Top IPO or M&A Candidate (private company).
Light Reading's reputation for fiercely independent analysis makes the Leading Lights Awards the most credible and authoritative awards program in the industry – and provides telecom companies with a superlative opportunity to evangelize their expertise and success. The awards will be judged by a panel composed of Light Reading editors, Heavy Reading analysts, and leading experts from the financial community.
The awards program is completely free to enter.
Entrants must simply fill out a Web form in its entirety. The form includes important details that will be used by the judges to evaluate the entries, so please be precise.
