Mirage Networks Internationalizes Its NAC
Mirage Networks announced the broad expansion of support for its international customer base
AUSTIN, Texas -- Mirage Networks®, Inc., developer of patented Network Access Control (NAC) technology, announced today the broad expansion of support for its international customer base. These improvements are part of the latest release of Mirage Endpoint Control. The product and service focus is in response to the tremendous success Mirage is experiencing internationally.
“Because Mirage Networks’ customer base is widening across the world, it makes sense for us to internationalize our product line,” said David Thomas, vice president of products for Mirage Networks. “We have a tradition of being the easiest to deploy NAC solution on the market in the US. Localizing our products for different markets around the world clearly differentiates us from the competition and ensures that Mirage will remain the industry leader in NAC deployments worldwide.”
Internationalization is the process of adapting to a global market by creating software that meets the needs of an international community, usually taking into consideration local languages, time zones, cultural norms, and more. Mirage has designed its Endpoint Control software to work as a locally-created product would in countries around the world. Mirage Endpoint Control is already deployed in production environments in Japan, Korea, and Spain, as well as many other countries in EMEA, Asia Pacific, and South America.
“Customers love it - it has made our job so much easier to offer them a NAC solution that supports the local language,” said Peter Nahm, chief technical officer of Innocore, Mirage Networks’ partner in Korea. “It really speaks volumes about the commitment Mirage Networks has made to its global partners and customers.”
