Trend Micro Internet Security Pro with Phoenix Freeze will roll out in early January 2010, initially in the U.S. and in Japan, where Trend Micro is the dominant content security provider. Freeze pairs a Bluetooth(R) mobile phone with the user's laptop so that the computer immediately locks whenever the user walks away with their smartphone. When the user returns within a certain proximity (pre-defined by the user) of their mobile computer, it automatically unlocks.
