RICHARDSON, Texas -- Sipera Systems, the leader in pure security for VoIP, mobile and multimedia communications, today extended its award-winning line of VoIP security products to enterprise branch offices. The new Sipera IPCS 210 allows for seamless, centralized policy implementations across enterprises with multiple offices, and increases flexibility in determining how to best protect VoIP and other IP communications applications against attacks, misuse, and service abuse. Like the other IPCS products, the Sipera IPCS 210 supports secure enterprise deployment of IP phones, soft phones, WiFi/dual-mode phones, SIP trunks and Click-to-Talk or web phone applications, without compromising established security policies.

Albert Rodriguez, President at AGN Networks, a VoIP service provider, noted that a first line of defense for real-time communications is critical for small medium businesses (SMBs) and branch offices that might lack on site IT support and VoIP expertise. “VoIP, IM and other unified communications are part of today’s IT fabric, but security vulnerabilities are a growing concern. There is a lot of interest from our customers in the Sipera IPCS products, to meet the growing need for comprehensive VoIP security deployed at the customer premise.”
