CHERRY HILL, N.J. -- Commerce Bank (NYSE:CBH), "America's Most Convenient Bank," has launched Virtual Private Bank, the banking industry's only free, comprehensive financial application that enables customers to securely view all their financial and related accounts at a glance, in real time, from anywhere, via the Internet.

Virtual Private Bank, a service exclusive to Commerce Bank, consolidates a customer's assets, liabilities, income sources and valuable documents in a web-based platform that updates nightly from nearly all financial providers. Customers can obtain a detailed snapshot of their complete financial information, 24/7 from anywhere, via the Internet, regardless of where accounts and information are held. All data is password protected in a secure, personal website, and Virtual Private Bank is non-transactional, which makes it impossible for money to be moved in or out of the system.

Virtual Private Bank unites a customer's Commerce account with other accounts held at any of more than 3,100 financial providers. Virtual Private Bank is the latest free customer innovation from Commerce Bank and the company's first product collaboration with eMoney Advisor Inc., which Commerce recently acquired.
