WhiteHat Security announced details for the Company's early Summer 2007 speaking tour
SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- WhiteHat Security, the leading provider of website vulnerability management services, today announced details for the Company’s early Summer 2007 speaking tour. WhiteHat’s founder and CTO, Jeremiah Grossman, will draw upon his years of industry experience to speak at venues across the country about current issues in website security. The tour will commence on June 11th in Scottsdale at The Computer Security Institute (CSI) Network Security (NetSec) Conference and conclude on July 18th in Los Angeles at the Information Systems Security Association - Los Angeles Chapter Meeting.
Grossman’s presentations are geared toward industry professionals of all levels. The goal of each speaking session is to raise participants’ awareness of real-world Web application threats, and arm them with workable defenses to bring website security under control and to a new level of importance in today’s organizations.
Grossman will discuss intranet hacking, the top Web application vulnerability trends and statistics from 2006, as well as forecasts for 2007 at the following venues:
The Computer Security Institute (CSI) Network Security (NetSec) Conference in Scottsdale, AZ on June 11th;
The 21st Annual Vanguard Enterprise Security Solutions & RACF User Training in St. Louis, MO on June 12th;
The ISSA Meeting – Puget Sound Chapter in Bellevue, WA on June 21st; and,
The ISSA Meeting – LA Chapter in Los Angeles, CA on July 18th.
