Mortgage Co Taps Promisec
Argent Mortgage is implementing Promisec's Spectator Professional for Clientless Endpoint Security Management
BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Promisec, a leading provider of clientless endpoint security management (CESM) technology, today announced that California-based Argent Mortgage, a leading national mortgage lender, is implementing Promisec's Spectator Professional for Clientless Endpoint Security Management.
Spectator Professional will provide centrally managed and highly cost-effective inspection of Argent's extensive network, including more than 4,000 of its employee workstations - preventing unauthorized applications, services, processes or devices from being introduced inside the organization. The implementation also provides Argent with powerful tools to remotely remediate any problems found and maintain 24-hour monitoring to detect designated threats specific to the industry or organization.
"We are pleased in our choice of Spectator Professional for its ease of use, flexibility and speed," said Greg Kaplan, data security manager at Argent Mortgage Company. "We look forward to being able to leverage the power of Spectator Professional to aid our security program and assist in our policy compliance requirements."
"Argent Mortgage Company marks the third major U.S. financial institution to adopt Spectator Professional within a few short months. We continue to see significant demand from the financial industry for this powerful CESM solution," said Hilik Kotler, executive vice president. "Promisec's Spectator professional provides unmatched peace of mind for protecting sensitive information from insider threats, while at the same time remaining easy to customize, update and maintain. We're proud to announce Argent Mortgage Company as one of our newest customers."
