CHICAGO -- NSS Labs (NSS), a world leader in independent security product testing and certification, today announced the relocation of its operations and company headquarters to the United States and the expansion of its senior management team. The expanded management team brings decades of experience as seasoned executives and industry thought leaders in Information Security technology and Compliance markets.

NSS will operate from offices in San Diego and Chicago, where it will maintain its corporate headquarters and a state-of-the-art lab facility conveniently located near Chicago's O'Hare International Airport.

The executive team will be led by Vikram Phatak, who will serve as Chairman and CEO. Phatak most recently served as CTO at Chicago-based AmbironTrustWave (ATW), the largest PCI assessor in the world. Matt Harrigan, also a former VP of consulting services with ATW, will serve as President and is responsible for the company's PCI and compliance initiatives. The company's sales and marketing efforts will be headed by Chief Marketing Officer Rick Moy, who joins NSS from ESET, a leading provider of anti-virus software. NSS Founder Bob Walder will continue with NSS as Chief Scientist.
