SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. -- SurfControl (LSE: SRF), a leading provider of global on-demand, network and endpoint IT security solutions, today announced the signing of an OEM agreement with Authentium, Inc., a leading provider of service based security software, to integrate into SurfControl’s secure messaging products. The new agreement makes this a reciprocal OEM partnership as Authentium currently uses SurfControl’s URL filtering technology within their Extensible Service Platform.

“We are proud to have Authentium as a one of our strategic antivirus vendors of choice.” Said Rocco Donnino, vice president of business development at SurfControl. “Authentium’s customers have benefited tremendously from our URL filtering technologies within the ISP market and we are confident that our customers will enjoy equal benefits from a true multi-layered defense as we incorporate the Authentium AV into our solutions.”
