CHANTILLY, Va., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Intersections Inc. (Nasdaq: INTX), a leading provider of consumer and corporate identity risk management services that has protected over 30 million consumers, will celebrate the opening of its new inbound customer care call center in Altavista, Va. with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, October 7, 2010. The center, which will provide support to Intersections identity theft protection subscribers, is expected to create 250 new jobs in the area. The ribbon cutting ceremony and reception will be hosted by Intersections Inc. Featured speakers include Virginia Lt. Governor Bill Bolling, Tobacco Commission delegate Kathy Byron and Intersections Chairman and CEO, Michael Stanfield. A reception with light refreshments will follow.
