(Nasdaq: SYMC) today announced Aspirus, Inc. has implemented Symantec backup and recovery, endpoint management and endpoint security software products to keep their systems up and running 24-7, support an increasingly mobile and decentralized workforce, and improve Aspirus' information security posture. The combination of Symantec products and services helps Aspirus reduce costs while complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other laws and regulations requiring the security and availability of patient records.
