John Bruce is a seasoned executive with a successful track record of building companies that deliver innovative customer solutions, particularly in security products and services. Previously chairman and CEO of Quickcomm, an Inc. 500 international company headquartered in New York with offices around the world, acquired by Vodafone; President and CEO of Authentica, a leader in file security and management, acquired by EMC; an original member of the executive team at Counterpane, a pioneer company in managed security services, acquired by British Telecom. John's formative years were spent with Symantec, where he held a number of executive leadership roles in Europe and the US.

John earned his Honors Degree in Business and took his Masters at Bradford University in the UK. He holds a patent in document security and is a Certified Privacy Professional.
