Kaelyn Lowmaster
Principal Analyst at One World Identity
Kaelyn Lowmaster is the Principal Analyst for One World Identity, an independent strategy and research firm focused on identity. She leads OWI Labs research for the Asia-Pacific region, and has authored foundational reports on identity issues across industries, ranging from blockchain technology to alternative credit scoring.
Prior to joining OWI, Kaelyn was a country director in the Army's International Affairs Division at the Pentagon, and coordinated Johns Hopkins' graduate programs in Nanjing, China. Kaelyn holds an MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, a graduate certificate from the Hopkins-Nanjing Center, and a BA from Colgate University. She is currently based in Tokyo.
