LaChristian leads executive operations at Exabeam. She also leads the Exabeam CommUNITY Council, established to promote diversity and inclusion within Exabeam and the community at large. Before pivoting to her current role in the cybersecurity industry, LaChristian began her career in politics at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Foundation providing support in the Office of the First Lady, Nancy Reagan. She later supported former California gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman, former California State Senator Tony Strickland, and Texas Governor Greg Abbott. She has a B.A. degree in political science and history from California State University, Northridge.
