Rick Kam, CIPP/US, is president and co-founder of ID Experts. ID Experts(r) provides software and services to simplify the complexities of managing privacy and security incident response. Rick has extensive experience leading organizations in the development of policies and solutions to address the growing problem of protecting protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII), and remediating privacy and security incidents, identity theft, and medical identity theft. Rick leads and participates in several cross-industry data privacy groups, including chair of PHI Protection Network (PPN) and founding member of the Medical Identity Fraud Alliance.

Larry Ponemon is chairman and founder of Ponemon Institute. Because of his expertise in information security and data privacy, he has served on the U.S. FTC's Advisory Committee for Online Access and Security and the DHS's Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee. Ponemon has held chaired faculty positions and written numerous articles and books. He served as founding member of the Certified Information Privacy Professional Advisory Board and is chair of the Visual Privacy Advisory Council.
