Robert Hinden
Check Point Fellow & IPV6 Co-Inventor
Robert Hinden is a Check Point Fellow, as well as the chair of the Internet Society Board of Trustees and the IPv6 (6MAN) working group at the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). He was the co-recipient of the 2008 IEEE Internet Award for pioneering work in the development of the first Internet routers. Hinden has worked on the Internet from its early days as a DARPA research project to the current Internet, seeing threats evolve from elementary hacking attempts to the sophisticated and coordinated cybercrime attacks that are widespread today.
