Tom Ferrucci is an information technology executive with more than 30 years of experience in leading global IT operations and digital transformation initiatives. Currently serving as the chief information officer at Natco Home Group since November 2020, Tom provides technical and strategic direction, overseeing all IT operations, including development, programs, infrastructure, and service desk. His leadership ensures that IT resources are allocated to priority objectives while maintaining high reliability.  Before joining Natco Home Group, Tom spent almost 23 years at Hope Global, where he was the VP of information technology and later promoted to chief information officer. While there he spearheaded digital transformation projects that enhanced collaboration, increased revenue, and improved operational efficiency. His initiatives involved integrating enterprise-class collaboration systems. His expertise spans project management, application development, network infrastructure, and telecommunications. Tom has a proven history of driving IT innovation and delivering strategic solutions that align with business goals.
