John "Lex" Robinson has over 30 years' experience in information technology with a focus on value innovation, strategic planning, and program delivery. In addition, he has consulted and managed product and service delivery teams for both small businesses and global Fortune 20 organizations in fields ranging from security awareness and risk management (disaster and business continuity) to infrastructure development and service delivery process improvements. Currently, Lex is responsible for creating and implementing advanced strategies and tactics for successful implementation of anti-phishing programs for Cofense and its clients. He is a frequent speaker on personal responsibility and ethics in information security and has published multiple books and papers on topics from security awareness to social engineering. He holds an electronic engineering degree and multiple technical and behavioral science certificates, as well as a continuing professional development focus on IT security and ethical hacking.
